Pork Banh Mi Sandwiches ft. National Pork Board

Let's make a Pork Banh-Mi! I love using Pork Tenderloin in my cooking because it is a flavorful lean protein that is full of vitamins and nutrients that help promote healthy eating and a balanced lifestyle. To make the Banh-Mi, marinate the pork for 4 hours to make it extra tender. Next, roast it at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The internal temperature reaches 145-160 degrees depending on how well done you'd like it cooked. Yes, it's safe to eat pork when it's pink as long as it's 145 degrees or higher! While the pork is cooking, mix up the veggies and get the bread ready. Thinly slice up the pork, assemble your sandwich, and enjoy! Find this recipe and more here!
